SUSTAINABLE FISHING PRACTICES
The majority of our seafood is wild-caught and all of our seafood is sourced sustainably. Certain species are farmed only when it’s more sustainable and higher quality. We use fishing methods that are minimally invasive to natural habitats and we do not source species that are overfished.
NO ANTIBIOTICS OR HORMONES
Our seafood is always raised within natural ecosystems or sustainable farms, on a diet free of antibiotics and added hormones.
We’re supporting healthy, abundant oceans by partnering with the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch® program, and sourcing only sustainable seafood—meaning rated “Best Choice” or “Good Alternative” by Seafood Watch or certified by the Marine Stewardship Council. Learn more at seafoodwatch.org.
